The used needs change every 5000 10000 kilometers, because it's losing its properties, which leads damage engine. As per research point view part petroleum oil, therefore recycling process is best solution reduce demand as well minimize pollution environmental concern. present investigation focusses on renovation and lubricating using extraction, adsorption distillation techniques remove major impurities by adding solvents. study recovery was carried out three stages analyzed results, reported physical properties such kinetic viscosity, TAN, Sulphur content etc. result shows that recycled has good quality capability reuse lubricant with low cost from base about 25%. characterization studies were conducted gas chromatography Flame atomic absorption spectrometer.
